Refund Policy

Effective date: October 8, 2026

1. Who handles refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com Market Limited is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it takes the payment and handles refunds, under its buyer terms. This policy says when we agree to a refund; Paddle carries it out.

2. 14 days from the first payment

If the first payment of your subscription disappoints you, ask for a refund within 14 days of the day it was taken, and it will be refunded in full. You do not have to give a reason.

The 3 free days that start a first subscription charge nothing, so there is nothing to refund for them: to pay nothing at all, cancel before they end.

3. Renewals

Payments that renew a subscription are not refunded, except where the law requires it. Cancel before the renewal date and the renewal is not charged; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. You can cancel at any time from your account, under "Manage subscription".

4. How to ask

  • Use the link in the receipt Paddle sent you, or find your order at paddle.net, and ask for a refund there; or
  • write to hello@neurojournal.app from the address of your account, and we will arrange it with Paddle.

The money goes back to the payment method you used. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank, usually up to 10 business days.

5. After a refund

A refunded first payment also cancels the subscription, and the course closes. Your account, your journal and your lesson marks stay — you can subscribe again at any time, without the free days.

6. Your rights under the law

Nothing here takes away a right you have under the consumer law where you live. If that law gives you more than this policy does, the law applies.
